Erin Hatzikostas, Founder of b Authentic inc and Kaitlyn Czapiga, Founder of Soul Magic have come together to create “Your Richest Life” to help you make a change that will transform your career...and your life. 

We are both firm believers that every single person has an Ikigai - a beautiful intersection between what you’re good at, what makes you happy, what other people need, and how you can make money.

Once upon a time, there was a lost soul named Kaitlyn who applied to be a nanny for a corporate CEO named Erin.

They quickly became more than just employer/employee, and over time Kaitlyn realized that although her Art Therapy Masters program looked good on paper, it didn't light her up the way she wanted it to.

Coincidentally (or maybe not), Erin was going through her own WTF career moment and decided to leave her big-girl job behind to follow her true passion and found b Authentic Inc.

Kaitlyn was watching Erin take these bold new steps and was inspired, because she knew deep down there was something greater for her to do with her life.

After many months of co-parenting, coaching one another, and a glass of wine or 17, Kaitlyn decided to take life by the cajones and drop out of her Masters Program. She didn't know what exactly was going to fill that space, but she had faith it would be something magical.

Meanwhile, as Erin was building her company, Kaitlyn became an apprentice of sorts and learned the power of curiosity and not letting fear stand in her way.

Fast-forward six months: Erin is doing the things that fire her up the most: changing lives, and making a damn good living at it.

And Kaitlyn is now not only a Reiki Master and Certified Hypnotist, but the proud owner and founder of Soul Magic.

And THEN, they had an epiphany when they learned about Ikigai; they realized they were both living theirs.

They were each helping others in their own unique ways.  And then they realized, separately they were making ripples, but together they could make waves.

They decided to create "Your Richest Life" so they could combine their complimentary skillsets and unique approaches to authenticity and soul discovery in order to help you also find, and pursue, your own Ikigai.

”Your Richest Life” is a two day, in-person growthshop (think more growth, less work) that combines practical, actionable coaching with a non-traditional soul-exploring approach to not only discover your authentic self, but give you the tangible steps to find, and start pursuing, your Ikigai.

There is a massive misconception that there is an anti-correlation between following your passion and making money.
