My story...

I was lucky enough to spend the “first half” of my career working in the corporate world, where at the age of 42 I became the CEO of a $2bn healthcare financial company. In just 3 years I led a struggling company to a massive turnaround, tripling earnings and sending employee engagement skyrocketing.

And just when things were going great, I decided to walk away so that I could help solve what truly breaks my heart: the immense lack of authenticity and happiness in Corporate America.

Now, the founder of b Authentic inc, I essentially consider myself a Professional Pot-stirrer. I'm on a hell-bent mission to create a movement that eradicates the all-too-fake working world by inspiring and enabling an army of people to crush their career, without compromising everything else.

I'm a career coach, prolific speaker, and edutainer. I also recently checked off an item on my bucket list by delivering a TEDx Talk, "Why you don't have to compromise for your career", which releases on the interweb in early December. I also have an absolute blast co-hosting an offbeat career and leadership podcast, b Cause with Erin & Nicole. I'm a CEO, MBA, wife, mother, coach, runner, skier, and can be often found doing the Running Man anywhere I'm not supposed to dance.
